I'm Steve Shay, a Chicago-based digital designer, Vespa rider (2007 GTS 250, custom), and founder of Ordinary Fun.
Ordinary Fun started with making t-shirts about things I'm passionate about for myself, friends, and just because. Somewhere along the way that turned into a whole thing.
Lately, I've been inspired by scooter culture. I love scooter design, scooter history, the rides, and getting some wind therapy whenever I need it. But my goal has always been the same: create high quality products with designs worth wearing.
Every design starts as original artwork, designed by me (no AI or stock templates). Then they end up on shirts, mugs, buttons, stickers, hats, and more.
I plan to release new collections based on my passions every few months. Right now it's all about scooters, but cats, cars, nature, might be next.
